This course introduces you to UiPath Maestro process operations, where you will learn how to understand and act on automation executions in real time.
You’ll start with the instance management view, which gives you visibility into all running, completed, and faulted instances, along with tools to filter, compare versions, review incidents, and spot patterns across executions. You’ll then dive into the single instance view, where you can inspect the complete execution flow for a specific instance, reviewing inputs, outputs, timestamps, durations, agent and tool activity, and error details.
The course also covers the full set of runtime actions, that allow you to guide, correct, or stop automations as they run. You will also learn how variable filtering, element filtering, the incident trail, and the audit log support faster troubleshooting and reliable operational decision-making.
This course takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete.
This course is designed for automation developers and process owners, who work with automation executions and need to investigate incidents, analyze execution behavior, and take action on running instances in UiPath Maestro.
At the end of this course learners should be able to:
Navigate the Maestro dashboard to access process view insights.
Filter and review process instances using time ranges, statuses, and versions.
Inspect a single instance to analyze execution flow, agent details, and step-level data.
Apply instance actions, pause, resume, migrate, go-to, and cancel, to manage live processes.
Troubleshoot incidents by reviewing error messages, adjusting variables, and retrying execution.
