This course introduces the latest UiPath Maestro features designed to elevate how enterprises model, monitor, and optimize automation. You’ll discover how Maestro now unifies agents, people, and systems in one intelligent orchestration environment.
Through guided lessons and demos, you’ll learn how to model complex human-in-the-loop processes using case management, manage live operations through process apps, and leverage Autopilot™ for Maestro (Operate) to proactively detect and resolve process issues.
You’ll also experience how the Maestro flow canvas simplifies agentic automation design with an intuitive visual interface, and how external agents securely connect Maestro with leading AI ecosystems such as Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, and NVIDIA NIMs.
Many of these capabilities are currently in Preview. For access to a demo environment, please check the #help-maestro channel. This course takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
This course is designed for technical professionals who want to understand and apply the latest Maestro capabilities for orchestrating AI-driven, agentic workflows.
At the end of this course, learners should be able to:
Describe how case management orchestrates complex, multi-stage processes involving agents, robots, and people.
Explain how process apps provide operational visibility and control through real-time dashboards.
Demonstrate how Autopilot™ for Maestro (Operate) proactively monitors, diagnoses, and recommends resolutions for process incidents.
Identify how external agents integrate third-party AI systems like Google Vertex, Databricks, and Microsoft Copilot within UiPath workflows.
